Good day! It was productive day!
I've learned something new today :) I survived this day and didn't fall asleep while walking! actually I thought that I'll end up sleeping somewhere in the dark corner of some conference room hehe and i also went to the gym! I'm so proud of myself for not skipping my workout today! Yay I'll be sore tomorrow!

I think I don't have problems with giving compliments. Whenever I see something that I like, or I like the way someone looks today, i tell them right away! I like giving out compliments! probably because I like to hear them too :) however, I know I have a bit of a problem with responding to compliments:) Hehe yes, sometimes I'm getting shy :)That's true! and instead of simply saying "Thank you!", I want to spit out "Happy New Year!" or "ohh no no that's not true, cause I don't think that I'm something something". Hehe And my reaction would make everything and everyone around awkward! ohhh
Giving someone a compliment that will make him/her feel good and believe that you're being honest is awesome! I hope people believe me when i compliment them :) because I simply a horrible liar :) I'd rather say nothing :)
Anyways, practice makes it perfect! So here it goes: You're awesome! yes, person on the other side of the screen, You're AWESOME! :D

The author made some points in the article that i haven't heard before.
" What I found was that these folks don't have much in common except they believe that they need to design and build their own jobs. When they're given a job, they think it's up to them to turn it into something they love.
At the same time, they are surrounded by -- or they surround themselves with -- people who care about them. They expect it's up to them to shape their job into one that they love, and they can do this because they're surrounded by people who care about and encourage them. What I learned is that a job you love doesn't have to start out as your dream job. People who love their jobs found a good job, then they shaped it into a job they could love."
Also I've completed the Clifton Strengths Finder test. Here are my top 5 strengths:
People strong in the Communication theme generally find it easy to put their thoughts into words. They are good conversationalists and presenters.
People strong in the Belief theme have certain core values that are unchanging. Out of these values emerges a defined purpose for their life.
People strong in the Activator theme can make things happen by turning thoughts into action. They are often impatient.
People strong in the Connectedness theme have faith in the links between all things. They believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has a reason.
People strong in the Positivity theme have an enthusiasm that is contagious. They are upbeat and can get others excited about what they are going to do.
So yeah ...and so far I have no idea what to do with these results hahaah

Finally I changed my goal! going late to bed yesterday made me change my goal! I have to organize my sleeping schedule! right now it's all over the place..and I don't feel good about it...I barely survived today! It's already 11:30pm and I'm half awake... bed time!!!
