Today was such a cold day! I'm glad that I got new winter boots and coat last year! and I love it 🙂
Today was one of those days when I completely lost sense of time. If you would ask me - what day is it today? I would have to guess 🙂 I don't remember what date is it today either. Maybe because of that days go by so fast!
Workdays start and end so fast! Sometimes I would be busy all day long, but in the end of the day it feels that I haven't accomplished anything. Maybe I'm too slow? haha or actually I think the problem is that I easily get distracted. yeaah one thing at a time! I'll try that approach tomorrow.

Мои цели1. похудеть на 10 кг (follow workout schedule constantly)
Power yoga!It was good! I got that stretching dose, I needed so bad!My back feels much better now.

I've read couple marathon posts. I also started to read One Hundred Days of Solitude.

At work I was using glasses that suppose to protect your glasses from the monitor. I don't know if it's a self-hypnosis 🙂 but I think whenever I wear them during the day, my eyes don't get as tired as without them.
- 5. Go to bed at 00:30 and wake up at 8:30
Went to bed like I planned at 00:30 and woke up at 8:30, and I got out of the bed by 8:40! Oh I feel much better today! Sleep is important! so no excuses tonight 🙂 One of my coworkers said that I look better and better everyday haha
