Sleep is essential!:) After work I went to the gym! Got home, ate dinner and now I'm off to shower and bed. So so so tired. It even hurts to think right now :)
I'm going to read a little bit after shower.

What does my man expects from me?
I'm sure he expects that I'll accept him the way he is, and won't try to change him. He expects me to accept his family, friends, job, and hobbies. He expects me sometimes initiate things, for example, decide what we're going to do, where are we going to eat, or pay for a dinner, movie or any activity we're doing once in awhile. He expects me to support him,and just listen. he expects me to to trust him, and let him make mistakes.
What my friends expect from me?
My friends expect from me spend more time with them :) My friends expect me to support them and just be there.

I worked out! :) and I drunk a lot of water.

I'm grateful for my family! Even though I don't talk to them everyday, and I see them once a year (if lucky). I'm thinking about them every day! and I pray for them everyday!

I've decided to try out drinking more water. Olya's example inspired me :) i usually drink a lot of tea through out a day, but not enough water. So I decided to try to drink 2 liters a day of just water, and plus one or two cups of tea. My goal is to keep track of how much water do I drink everyday till the end of December. Will see what kind of changes I'll get. Today is my second day, so far I noticed that I don't really feel hungry.

- 3. Do something for my "inner-world"
I've read couple marathon post of other ladies.

- 5. Go to bed at 00:30 and wake up at 8:30
I'm thinking about changing this goal :) yea again. I'm even thinking about changing my 5th goal every week :) That way I'll be focusing on one small goal for a week. Like they say: "everyone has a dream that can be accomplished by the end of one week, and they're making it a life-time goal." Something like that:) I don't remember the exact wording, but you get the idea:)
So today my goal is still to go to bed at 00:30, but I'll change it tomorrow :) I'm still going to follow this schedule, at least for now, but later I'll make it go to bed at midnight and wake up at 8am :)
