Gloomy day ...but it's up to you to turn in around, and make it a sunny one! 🙂
Well I don't know what it is ... hormones or just a gloomy day, but physical activity is a medicine for everything!
For several days I've been wanting to draw something!But I didn't do it today, instead I practice for a little bit playing piano 🙂 It was fun! and I felt much better after:)
I need to find time to just get away from everything and just draw! I know once I start drawing I'll want to paint something 🙂

I worked out and went tanning 🙂

My mood is nuuh today. Outside is very gloomy... and I'm also gloomy today. I found out a bit sad news today.But after workout my mood went up a bit:)

Мои цели1. похудеть на 10 кг (follow workout schedule constantly)
I basically dragged myself to the gym today...:) and I'm glad I did it!!!!
- 2. Work on my art projects
Practiced playing piano for about 20 mins. Also baking fish with shrimps and vegetables. This one is also from the category of make something out of nothing 🙂 we'll see how it'll turn out.
- 3. Do something for my "inner-world"
ohhh sometimes I think that thinking is not very good 🙂 hehe Of course I'm joking. but lately there is a lot of everything in my head...ohhh how to sort it out... ohhh
- 4. хочу 100% зрение (complete everyday eye exercises routine)
- 5. Go to bed at 00:30 and wake up at 8:30
I have to go back to schedule. I need to complete this experiment. And change my goal already.
