It was a good day! it was so nice and sunny outside! I had an awesome lunch with my man. I'm so glad I can be as crazy and weird as i want to be around him. it was nice to clean the room, my "the mess magnet" table is a bit more organized. i still want to finish cleaning my closet. Another part of the house that bugs me is kitchen ...oh those messy cabinets. I kind of cleaned some of them the other day...uhhh but I just close my eyes when i open any of them...who knows maybe something will attack me from there! O_O
And I messed up something with assignments, I thought we have 2 days to complete them but I already see the second one. Or maybe it's just me tired.

Breakfast - sandwich with avocado+cheese+cayenne pepper and yogurt
Lunch - pho with beef and meatballs, and a little bit of fried rice combo
2 candies and dried mangoes
Snack - leftovers of pho (I know ..hardly can call it a snack haha)
Dinner - rice + beef + veggies

I colored my hair, just maintenance but still it's nice when it's done at the right time 🙂

I'm grateful for my parents! I love them and I thank God/Universe/Life everyday that I have them. I miss them a lot.
I'm grateful to have my job.
and I'm grateful to have an awesome man in my life. I really appreciated that he tried to make a soup for me, but it didn't turn out as good..according to him it was horrible.

- 2. Work on my art projects
One of my art projects is cooking 🙂 Yes I think cooking is an art. Trying out all different spices. Learning all this combinations and tastes. Mmmm love it! So I found this very interesting recipe of Pumpkin French Toast. http://minimalistbaker.com/pumpkin-french-toast-bake/
I prepared the base for it tonight, and I'm planning to bake it tomorrow after work. It looks delicious on the pictures. I hope my will turn out yummy too 🙂
- 3. Do something for my "inner-world"
As a part of the first assignment I cleaned my room. And it felt good overall.

Nothing. I need to get on this one. It's actually has been on my bucket list forever. It's kind of a high priority.

I'm thing about changing this goal or make it more specific. Every time I read it...I go blank 🙂
